You should have more quantity of vegetables in your food.Its better to eat almond,cheese and yogurt according to season. Eating egg and yogurt in breakfast is best for health.

Eat one at breakfast and divided at evening tea time.  If you take a bit of cheese or  handful of nuts after that no need to worry because a little amount of fat is necessary to live healthy. 

3. Always Eat arranged Meal

 

Whatever you are eating ,eat in more organized,decorated and good manner. ٓArrange good food according to your wealth.What do you cook should be tasty and good in look wise. Always eat while sitting. Therefore decorate dish or tray with well versed manner no matter where you are eating.So you will feel a pleasant condition for themselves. It will also get rid of the mentality that you can not eat while on dieting

4. Stay Away From Starch

5. Exercise Each Day

 

Everyone of us is very busy in their life. Everyone is saying "I have no time". But this doesn't mean you repeat the same words for workout.  Not much, but some do.Take your kids to the park. It will be your walk and their enjoyment. If this is not possible, make some sort of exercise routine at home. Its hard to loose weight, but those who could not change their routine, they barter their life.
