Easy Ways to Get rid of stress ...

There are a lot of different techniques for changing the way we think about the stressful or painful situations in our lives .So one set of techniques is called distancing and that is ways of creating distance and getting kind of vision and prospective. Away from feeling like we in the thick of a situation where our survival is threatened and at risk.
One is asking yourself "What this situation is going to do me and my life in five years or in ten years. So that is way of time distancing. Another way is visual distancing , So it is stepping back and just viewing the situation ,replaying in your mind objectively as if it was in a huge movie screen. Observing yourself in that way, as an objective observer. It changes everything. Your stress response is lower. You actually can process that situation, so it is less emotional for you. One of the ways we carry chronic stress with us are way into the future. So something may have happened a week ago and we are still reliving it with our preservative or ruminative thoughts.
By ,kind of ,reprocessing it in that way, using one of these distancing techniques, that can let it go to rest much more easily and we can be fresh and in a moment more .
