» » National Napping Day........... If you are tired take a Nap!!!


Think what a better world it would be if we all, the whole world, had cookies and milk about three o’clock every afternoon and then lay down on our blankets for a nap.

You woke up and you have started your great motivated day , You have to show yourself productive, You have to complete your work completed and you also have to done your meetings final. You worked like a soldier and complete all that during lunch period. Now after lunch period you will feel yourself tired and you need some rest. Then what will you do to take rest ? You need to take a nap , a nap will make you feel better and will roll back all your energies with fully fresh mindset. Basically Napping means sleeping a bit during day time after Lunch. 

There are some facts about sleeping:
 Humans are the only mammal that willingly delays sleep .
Humans spend about a third of their lives in sleep. 
One in five adults fail to get enough sleep 
Mild snoring happens to everyone at one time or another. 
Most dreams involve normal situations with familiar people ,although more than half of adults report having occasional nightmares. 
No one knows if other species dream, but some have sleep cycles similar to humans. 
Sleep walking tends to be a fairly normal part of a child's early sleep patterns. 
People's who dont get enough sleep are more likely to have bigger appetites due to a drop in leptin level, an appetite regulating Hormone. 
seasonal effective disorder is believed to be influenced by the changing patterns of light and darkness that occur as winter approaches.
